1. 14-day right of withdrawal
In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication about exercising this right before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Conditions
Returned products should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging where possible, for safety and hygiene reasons applicable to food supplements. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
3. How to request a return
To start a return, email us at info@spinaleanatureal.shop with your name and order details. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued using your original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable period after we receive the returned goods.
5. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements may not be eligible for return except where required by law or in the case of a defective product.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
